We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at orders@tutegifts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
